Why Buy Golf Cart Tires from Eco Planeta
We only sell products that we also use ourselves, on the biggest golf cart rental fleet in the Dominican Republic.
The biggest selection in the country
Eco Planeta offers the biggest and best selection of golf cart tires in the Dominican Republic, in 8, 10, 12 and 14 inch. We also offer the biggest selection of custom golf cart wheels and rims.
Tires we use ourselves
The majority of our rental fleet and the golf carts we sell run on Wanda tires, and a smaller share on Carlisle. Since 2011 we have tested tires from many manufacturers, and we settled on these two.
Cheaper over the life of the cart
We see a lot of customers using cheaper tires. In practice that often means going through twice as many tires at a higher total cost, which is easy to prevent.
Golf Cart Tire Brands and Manufacturers
No matter which golf cart brand you have, Club Car, E-Z-GO, Yamaha or ECO, we always have multiple types of golf cart tires that fit your specific vehicle. Contact Eco Planeta to receive tire advice for your golf cart.
Wanda
Tianjin Wanda Tyre Group Co., Ltd. was founded in 1988 in China. They make tires for passenger cars, e-bikes, motorcycles, ATV and UTV vehicles and golf carts.
At Eco Planeta we have been using Wanda tires for years and it is our most used and most sold tire brand. All our ECO Planeta golf carts come standard with Wanda tires. They offer great quality for great prices.
Carlisle
Carlisle is listed on the stock exchange and is probably one of the better known tire companies in the world for golf carts, agricultural equipment, turf equipment and ATV and UTV vehicles.
In the golf cart market they probably hold the biggest market share. Carlisle is a little more expensive than Wanda, but the quality is similar: the best.

Golf Cart Tires FAQ
Which tire size does my golf cart need?
It depends on the rim size and on whether the cart is lifted. We stock tires for 8, 10, 12 and 14 inch rims. Send us the brand and model of your golf cart and we will tell you which sizes fit.
Which tire brands do you sell?
We sell Wanda and Carlisle. Both offer the same top quality. Wanda is a little cheaper and is what we fit on our own ECO golf carts as standard.
Do you have tires for Club Car, E-Z-GO and Yamaha?
Yes. No matter which golf cart brand you own, we always have multiple tire types that fit your specific vehicle.
Do you also sell rims and wheels?
Yes. We offer the biggest selection of custom golf cart wheels and rims in the Dominican Republic, and we can fit tire and rim as a set.
Is it worth paying more than the cheapest tire?
In our experience yes. Customers who buy the cheapest tires often go through twice as many of them, which costs more in the end than buying a quality tire once.
Can you install the tires for me?
Yes. All our locations provide maintenance services and can mount and balance your new tires while you wait.
