Do you deliver golf carts in La Estancia?

Yes, we deliver and pick up your golf cart in La Estancia at your requested time. For areas further out a transport fee may apply, please check your rental agreement.

Am I allowed to drive on public roads?

No, by law you are not allowed to drive a golf cart on public roads. Golf carts may only be used within the resort and gated community.

Do you rent gasoline golf carts?

No, our fleet is fully electric with mostly lithium batteries. Our carts are faster, silent and have more than enough range for your trips.

How do I charge a golf cart?

You just plug the charging cable into a regular electrical outlet of your villa or apartment, just like your phone charger. Each golf cart has an onboard charger, so there is no need to visit a charging station. Need more instructions? Visit our charging manual.

What is the minimum age to drive a golf cart?

You need to be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license. A security deposit applies for renters aged 24 or younger. Check your rental agreement for current conditions.

Do you offer discounts for longer rentals?

Yes, the more days you rent, the more discount you receive, and it is calculated automatically when you book.

What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel any reservation up to 48 hours before the start and receive a refund (minus the banking costs); after that you pay for one night per golf cart. For Christmas, New Year and Easter, earlier cancellation applies.
