What are the advantages of an electric manlift over a combustion machine?
Lower running costs, because there is no fuel bill and far less maintenance. Just as important, an electric machine can work indoors and in enclosed spaces such as warehouses and shopping centres, because it produces no exhaust fumes and runs quietly enough not to disrupt the people around it.
What is the maximum height your equipment reaches?
Our telescopic boom lifts reach 28.3 m, the articulated boom lifts reach 22.5 m, and the scissor lifts in our current range work to 10 m. That covers everything from light maintenance to large construction projects across the country.
What batteries do your manlifts use?
It depends on the model. The boom lifts run on lithium iron phosphate (LFP) batteries, which charge faster, last longer and need no maintenance. The scissor lifts use deep cycle lead acid batteries, which are robust and reliable with regular preventive maintenance.
Who uses manlifts from Eco Planeta?
Construction and maintenance companies for civil works, painting and electrical jobs. Industrial plants and factories, where an electric machine can work indoors without emissions. Do you rent this equipment as well as sell it?
Yes. We rent across the Dominican Republic for short projects and long term contracts, and we deliver to your site. Send us your dates and we will confirm availability with the quote.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. Equipment can be financed in US dollars through Banco Popular Dominicano over 6, 12 or 24 months with a 15% downpayment. We prepare the quote and submit it to the bank on your behalf.
Who services the machine after I buy it?
We do. Our mobile technicians carry out scheduled service on your site, and we hold the largest stock of electric vehicle and material handling parts in the Dominican Republic, so most repairs are done without waiting on an import.
