Do you offer financing?
Yes. Eco Planeta offers financing in partnership with Banco Popular Dominicano, with payment plans of different durations. Choose the term that fits your needs.
Can you customise a cart for our operation?
Yes, although we first check whether one of our 60+ standard models does the job, since standard carts ship sooner and their spare parts are always in stock. If nothing fits, we configure the vehicle to your specification: cargo beds, refrigerated boxes, tool lockers, custom seating, lighting, roof racks or a fully bespoke build. Custom builds are quoted individually, take longer to deliver, and some specialised parts can have a longer lead time.
Can we rent utility carts instead of buying?
Yes. We rent utility carts short term for events and peak season, and long term with preventive maintenance included, so your fleet keeps running without your team handling upkeep. Rentals go out from the store nearest your site. See our utility golf cart rental page for details.
Do you have utility golf carts in stock for quick delivery?
Yes. Because hotels and resorts often need a vehicle at short notice, we keep our best-selling utility models in stock in the Dominican Republic: all standard golf cart models, the ECO E-Bus S11, the E-Cargo Box, the ECO Cross 2 Cargo L and the ECO Cross 2 Room Service. Contact us for the current availability of any other model.
Do you offer fleet management software to manage our fleet?
Yes. Eco Planeta IQ is included on every vehicle with a one-year subscription, so your fleet is connected from day one. Fleet managers use it to control who can drive which vehicle, see where every cart is in real time, review usage per vehicle and keep an eye on battery voltage. One note: the digital key, which controls who can drive which vehicle, only works on 51.2V vehicles such as the ECO Cross, ECO Track and Denago carts. Live location, usage reports and battery monitoring also work on the 76.8V E-Bus and E-Cargo.
What is your warranty policy?
Warranty terms depend on the vehicle. ECO utility golf carts are covered for 3 years on the vehicle and 8 years on the lithium battery. The ECO E-Buses and E-Cargo vehicles carry a 2 year vehicle warranty, with the same 8 year lithium battery warranty as every other ECO vehicle. Denago carts come with 2 years on the vehicle and 5 years on the battery. Because we hold the largest golf cart parts inventory in the Dominican Republic and handle every claim through our own workshops, a warranty repair means a quick fix at the nearest store rather than a long wait for an import.
Can your technicians work on site at our property?
Yes. For larger fleets we assign technicians permanently to your organisation, so repairs happen where the vehicles are and downtime stays minimal. Our spare parts inventory is the largest in the country, which means the part is almost always available for an immediate fix, and a preventive maintenance contract keeps the fleet ahead of breakdowns instead of reacting to them.
