What is the minimum age to drive a golf cart?

The minimum age to drive one of our golf carts is 18 years with a valid driver's license. Drivers aged 24 and younger are required to leave a security deposit.

Do you rent gasoline golf carts?

No, our fleet is fully electric with lithium batteries. Our carts offer a longer range, quieter and cleaner operation, and easy charging at your villa or apartment.

How many people fit on a golf cart?

Our main rental options are 4 and 6 seat golf carts. We also have a limited number of 2 and 8 seat carts available. Please never overload a golf cart, as this is unsafe and voids your coverage.

Am I allowed to drive on public roads in Punta Cana?

No, by law you are not allowed to drive a golf cart on public roads in Punta Cana. Golf carts may only be used within resorts and gated communities.

Are your rental golf carts provided with extension cords for charging?

Yes, every rental includes one extension cord. Do you need an extra one? Just let us know and we will add it.

How do I charge a golf cart?

You just plug the charging cable into a regular electrical outlet of your villa or apartment, just like your phone charger. Each golf cart has an onboard charger, so there is no need to visit a charging station. Need more instructions? Visit our charging manual.

What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel any reservation up to 48 hours before the start and receive a refund (minus the banking costs); after that you pay for one night per golf cart. For rentals during Christmas, New Year and Easter, earlier cancellation applies.
