Delivery and Return Policy

Eco Planeta Caribe rents battery electric golf carts and utility vehicles in the Dominican Republic. We do not ship physical products, so this policy describes how rented vehicles are delivered and returned.

Delivery and pickup

Delivery is included in the rental price for Casa de Campo and Cap Cana. For every other rental location, the delivery cost is calculated and added to your rental order automatically, so the total you see at checkout already includes it. If you prefer to collect the golf cart yourself and bring it back at the end of the rental, please tell us when you book.

Return time and location

Vehicles are returned to the location where the rental started, at the end time shown on your reservation. Our locations in the Dominican Republic are listed on our contact page. Returns outside opening hours must be agreed in writing before the rental begins. If we delivered the vehicle to your hotel or villa, we collect it from the same address at the agreed time and someone must be present to hand it over.

Condition on return

Return the vehicle in the condition it was received, with the battery charged to 100% and free of excessive dirt or waste. Damage beyond normal wear is charged at repair cost and documented with photographs taken at handover and at return.

Early returns

Returning a vehicle before the scheduled end time does not automatically create a refund for unused days. Any refund is handled under our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
