Noblelift Parts
As the Noblelift dealer for the Dominican Republic, we hold the parts and handle the warranty for every model we sell: the NTB28EJ-LI telescopic boom lift, the NAB11EJ, NAB16EJ and NAB22EJ articulated boom lifts, the SC08EN, SC10E and SC10EN scissor lifts and the FTH4007 4Z telehandler. Anything not on the shelf is ordered from the factory rather than from an intermediary.
We supply Noblelift parts only. We do not source parts for other manlift brands, so if your machine is a different make we will point you to that manufacturer's dealer. For a Noblelift machine, send us the model and serial number from the data plate and we will confirm the exact part and how quickly it can reach your site.
If the repair no longer makes sense, we sell the same machines new across the manlift range, and we rent them for the period in between.

Send us the machine details
Make, model and serial number from the data plate. With those we look up the exact seal kit, sensor or battery for that machine rather than the one that usually fits.

Tell us the part or the problem
If you have the part number, send it. If not, a photo of the part or a description of the symptom is enough: a boom that drifts, a platform that lifts slowly, a fault code on the display, a battery that dies before lunch.

You get a price and an availability date. Parts on the shelf ship the same day or the next day. Parts from the factory get a realistic date, not an optimistic one.

Manlift Spare Parts FAQ
How fast can I get a part for my boom lift or scissor lift?
For the wear parts, usually the same day or the next day, because they are already in our warehouse. Anything that has to come from the factory takes longer, and the date is on the quote before you pay, not after.
What do you need to identify the right part?
The make, model and serial number from the data plate. Cylinders, sensors and control boxes differ between models that look alike, and sometimes between production years of the same model, so the serial number saves a wrong delivery. A photo of the part or a description of the fault does the rest.
Can I buy a replacement battery on its own?
Yes. We supply lithium packs and modules for the boom lifts, replacement batteries for the lead acid scissor lifts, and matched chargers and cables for both. If a lead acid set is dying early, ask us to check the water, the terminals and the charger before you buy a new one.
Why does my platform drift down, and which part do I need?
Usually a seal in the lift cylinder or a holding valve letting oil past. Both are stocked for the common models, but it is a safety fault, so take the machine out of service, send us the model and the symptom, and let a technician confirm which one before you order.
Do you fit the parts as well?
Yes. Buy the part on its own and fit it yourself, or have one of our mobile technicians come to your site and fit it. Safety sensors and controls sometimes need calibrating after replacement, and the technician brings the tools for that. See manlift maintenance for how a service visit works.
Do you supply parts for brands you do not sell?
Where we can source them, yes. Send the make, model and serial number and we will tell you what is available and the lead time before you commit.
Do you supply telehandler parts?
Yes. Engine filters, belts and fluids, hydraulic parts, forks and carriages, tires and electrical parts for the Noblelift FTH4007 4Z, and where they can be sourced, for other telehandlers.
Do you deliver parts across the country?
Yes. We ship nationwide from our central warehouse, and you can collect at our stores in Casa de Campo, Cap Cana, Bayahibe, Puerto Plata and Santo Domingo.
