Noblelift Parts
We are the Noblelift dealer for the Dominican Republic, so parts and warranty work for the full range go through us. That covers the counterbalanced forklifts from 1,600 kg to 8,000 kg, the reach trucks, the electric stackers and the pallet jacks. Parts that are not on the shelf are ordered directly from the manufacturer rather than through an intermediary.
Replacing rather than repairing? We sell the same machines new across the electric forklift range, and used forklifts that we have checked, serviced and warrantied.

Send us the machine details
Make, model and serial number from the data plate, plus the hours on the meter. With those three we can look up the exact part rather than the one that usually fits.

Describe the part or the fault
If you have the part number, send it. If you do not, describe the symptom or send a photo of the component and we will identify it for you.

We quote from stock
You get a price and an availability date. Parts on our shelves ship the same day or the next day. Parts that have to be ordered get a realistic date, not an optimistic one.

Collect, delivered or fitted
Pick the part up at any of our five stores, have it shipped to your site, or have one of our technicians come out and fit it for you.

Forklift Spare Parts FAQ
How fast can I get a forklift part?
Most requests we can fulfil the same day or the next day, because the part is already in our central warehouse. Parts that have to be ordered from a supplier take longer, and we give you the expected date with the quote rather than after you have paid.
What information do you need to identify a part?
The make, model and serial number from the data plate, plus the hours on the meter. If you have the part number, send that too. If you do not, a photo of the component or a description of the fault is usually enough for us to identify it.
Can I buy a replacement lithium battery on its own?
Yes. We supply replacement lithium packs and modules for the machines we sell, along with matched chargers and cables. If you are running lead acid, ask us to price a lithium conversion against another set of lead acid batteries before you commit.
Do you fit the parts as well?
Yes. You can buy the part on its own, or have one of our mobile technicians come to your site and fit it. See the forklift maintenance page for how service jobs work.
How do I know when forks or chains need replacing?
Forks thin at the heel and chains stretch, and both are safety items well before they affect performance. They are measured at every scheduled service, and we will tell you when a replacement is due rather than when it has become urgent.
Do you deliver parts across the country?
Yes. We ship nationwide from our central warehouse, and you can also collect at our stores in Casa de Campo, Cap Cana, Bayahibe, Puerto Plata and Santo Domingo.
