Can I charge a rental forklift at my site?
Yes. The chargers run off normal site power, and because the batteries are lithium they can be topped up during breaks without shortening battery life. We confirm the supply your site needs before delivery, so nothing is a surprise on the day.
What happens if the machine breaks down?
Call us and our mobile technicians come to the machine. Because we hold the largest material handling parts inventory in the country, most repairs are completed without waiting on an imported part.
Can I buy the forklift instead of renting?
Yes. We sell the same Noblelift machines with a one year warranty and a five year warranty on the lithium battery, and financing is available in US dollars through Banco Popular Dominicano over 6, 12 or 24 months with a 15% downpayment. Ask us for a purchase quote at any point during a rental.
Do you rent equipment other than forklifts?
Yes. Alongside counterbalanced forklifts we handle reach trucks, electric stackers, electric pallet jacks, aerial work platforms and cleaning equipment. If you need several types on one site, put them on one request and we will quote them together.
Which store serves San Pedro de Macorís?
San Pedro sits between our Casa de Campo store in La Romana and our Santo Domingo store, and we deliver from whichever holds the machine you need. Service is carried out on your site by our mobile technicians, so the store you are assigned to does not affect your day to day operation.
