German AC drive motor
A maintenance free Schabmueller AC motor does the driving. No brushes to replace and no carbon dust building up inside the housing.
Kordel gearbox and Intorq brake
A German Kordel gearbox transmits the drive and an Intorq brake stops the load under control. Both are built for long service intervals rather than frequent adjustment.
ZAPI controller and Wicke drive wheel
An Italian ZAPI controller manages acceleration and braking smoothly, and the Wicke drive wheel keeps traction on warehouse floors.

Electric Pallet Jack FAQ
How long does one charge last?
A full charge covers a normal shift under typical warehouse duty. Because the batteries are lithium, they can also be topped up during breaks without damage, so most operations never need a second pack.
Which capacity do I need?
1,500 kg suits retail and light distribution work. 2,000 kg is the warehouse standard. 2,700 kg is for heavy single pallets and high volume truck unloading.
Walk-behind or stand-on?
Walk-behind is right for short runs and tight spaces. A stand-on platform makes sense once operators are covering long distances repeatedly, because it cuts walking time and fatigue.
How much maintenance is involved?
No watering, no acid, no engine. Scheduled service covers wheels, brakes, the hydraulic unit and the controller. Our mobile technicians handle it on your site.
Can an electric pallet jack place pallets on racking?
No. It lifts the load just clear of the floor to transport it. For racking you need an electric stacker or a counterbalanced forklift.
Can it be financed?
