Scrubber and Sweeper Service in the Dominican Republic

Cleaning machines fail differently from the rest of an equipment fleet. A scrubber spends its working life full of water and detergent, and a sweeper spends its life in dust and sand. Add the salt air along the coast and the heat in a plant room, and you get a machine that wears at the seals, the blades and the filters long before anything in the drive train gives up.

Most of that is predictable, which is the point of a service plan. A squeegee blade that is turned before it hardens keeps the floor dry. A recovery tank that is rinsed and a filter that is cleared keep the vacuum motor alive. Our technicians handle those jobs on your site, at the interval the hours on your machine call for.

When something does break, we come to the machine. Behind the technicians is a parts stock that covers what scrubbers and sweepers actually consume, so the usual repairs are done on the visit rather than after an import.

Why Service Your Cleaning Equipment with Eco Planeta

We sell and rent the same scrubbers and sweepers we service, so the machine is not a stranger when the technician arrives.

We come to the building

Service visits and most repairs happen where the machine works: the hotel, the warehouse, the hospital or the plant. No truck to book and no scrubber missing from the night shift while it sits at a depot.

Wear parts on the shelf

Squeegee blades, brushes, pads, filters, hoses, batteries and chargers are the parts a cleaning machine goes through, and they are the parts we keep in stock. Most visits finish the job on the day.

Scrubbers and sweepers, both

Indoor scrubber dryers and outdoor ride-on sweepers are different machines with different failure points. Our technicians work on both, on the same visit if you run both on the property.

ECO and Noblelift only

We service the two cleaning ranges we sell and no others. The technician knows the model before the van door opens, the parts on the shelf are the right ones, and there is no guesswork on an unfamiliar machine.

Five stores, one country

Casa de Campo, Cap Cana, Bayahibe, Puerto Plata and Santo Domingo. A technician and a parts counter are within reach of every resort zone, free zone and city in the country.

Warranty work handled here

Noblelift and ECO machines bought from us carry a one year warranty, and warranty repairs go through our own workshop. There is no distributor abroad to chase and no waiting for someone else to approve the job.

How a Service Visit Works

From your message to a machine back on the floor.

  1. 1

Send us the machine and the symptom

Make, model and serial number from the plate, the hours on the meter if it has one, and what the machine is doing or not doing. A short video of a streaky floor or a sweeper that will not lift its brushes tells us more than a paragraph.

  2. 2

    We quote the visit

You get a price for the labour and for any parts we expect to need, plus a date. Because the common wear parts are in stock, the date is usually close.

  3. 3

A technician works on your site

The technician arrives with the blades, brushes, filters and parts the job calls for and works where the machine lives. Anything that genuinely needs a workshop, such as a cracked tank or a chassis repair, we take away and bring back.

  4. 4

You get a report and a next date

After the visit you know what was done, what was found and when the next service is due, so the machine stops surprising you.

Service Plans for One Machine or a Whole Property

A hotel with a ride-on scrubber in the lobby, two walk-behinds in the back of house and a sweeper on the grounds has four machines and four sets of wear parts. Nobody on the housekeeping team is going to track that, and they should not have to. That is what a plan is for.

Scheduled maintenance plan

A fixed number of visits per year per machine at a fixed price, with the interval set by how many hours the machine actually runs. A scrubber cleaning a supermarket every night needs attention far more often than one that runs twice a week in an office. Each visit covers the squeegee and brushes, the vacuum and solution system, tanks and filters, wheels and steering, and a safety check. Parts and repairs found on the visit are quoted separately and approved by you before we start.

One-off service

A single visit with the same checklist, for a machine that has not been serviced in a while or one you have just bought used and want looked at before it goes to work.

Breakdown repair

The machine has stopped, or it is leaving water behind, or the brushes will not turn. Send us the model and the symptom and we quote a repair. If you are already on a plan, we already know the machine.

Machines and Brands We Service

We are the Noblelift dealer for the Dominican Republic and the supplier of the ECO cleaning range, so every model we sell is fully supported here: the Noblelift NB380, NB530, NR810 and NR1060 floor scrubbers, the ECO S530X and S860X scrubbers, and the ECO S1350S, K2S and S2050SF street sweepers.

We service ECO and Noblelift cleaning machines only. Keeping the work to the two ranges we sell is what lets us stock the right parts, train the technicians on every model and finish most jobs on the first visit. If you run a scrubber or sweeper from another brand, we cannot take it on, but we can quote an ECO or Noblelift machine to replace it.

The same technicians maintain the rest of our range: forklifts, manlifts and golf carts. If you run several types on one property, one visit can cover all of them.

Other Equipment We Service

One technician, one visit, one report. These ranges are covered by the same team and the same parts warehouse.

Cleaning Equipment Maintenance FAQ

How often should a floor scrubber be serviced?

Go by hours and by use, not by the calendar. A scrubber that washes a supermarket floor every night is doing ten times the work of one that cleans an office lobby twice a week. Daily care by the operator covers the basics: empty and rinse the recovery tank, wipe the squeegee, check the brush. The technician visit covers the rest. Tell us the hours and we propose an interval.

Why is my scrubber leaving water on the floor?

Usually it is the squeegee: a worn or hardened blade, a blade set at the wrong angle, or debris caught under it. After that, a full recovery tank, a blocked vacuum hose, a lid that no longer seals or a tired vacuum motor. All of it is a normal service visit.

Do you service cleaning machines from other brands?

No. We service ECO and Noblelift scrubbers and sweepers only. That is what lets us keep every wear part in stock and every technician trained on the models they work on. If you have a machine from another brand and want to replace it, we can quote one from the range.

Do you come to us, or do we bring the machine in?

We come to you. Service and most repairs are done on your site. If a job needs a workshop, such as a cracked tank or a chassis repair, we collect the machine and return it when it is finished.

What does a cleaning equipment service plan cost?

It depends on the number of machines, the models, the hours they run and where they are, so there is no single price. Send us the list of machines and their locations and we come back with a fixed price per machine per year.

How quickly can you repair a machine?

For wear parts and the common faults, on the first visit, because those parts are in stock. If a component has to come from the manufacturer, you get the expected date on the quote before you approve the work.

Can I rent a scrubber while mine is being repaired?

Ask when you report the fault. We run our own rental fleet, and if a suitable machine is free we quote it alongside the repair and deliver it so the floor still gets cleaned tonight.

Do you supply the parts on their own?

Yes. Brushes, pads, squeegee blades, batteries, chargers and the rest can be bought without a service visit and fitted by your own team. See cleaning equipment spare parts for what we stock.

Which areas do you cover?

All of the Dominican Republic. Technicians work out of our stores in Casa de Campo, Cap Cana, Bayahibe, Puerto Plata and Santo Domingo, which puts the eastern resort belt, the capital, Santiago, La Romana and the north coast within reach.
