What a Floor Scrubber Does
A scrubber dryer lays down water and detergent, scrubs the floor with a rotating brush or pad, and vacuums the dirty solution straight back into a recovery tank. The floor behind the machine is clean and dry, which is the part mopping never manages: no grey water pushed around, no wet floor signs, no slip risk while it dries.
Our range starts at a 380 mm walk-behind machine for congested spaces and goes up to a 1,060 mm ride-on covering 6,890 m² per hour. For dust, sand and leaves on outdoor surfaces you want a street sweeper instead.

Which cleaning path do I need?
A wider path covers more ground per hour but needs more room to turn and to pass through doorways. The 380 mm machine suits congested spaces, 530 mm suits corridors and mid-size floors, and 810 mm to 1,060 mm ride-on machines suit large open areas. Send us the area and the narrowest point on the route.
How much floor can one machine clean per hour?
Between roughly 1,140 m² per hour on the smallest walk-behind and 6,890 m² per hour on the largest ride-on. Those are theoretical figures at full speed: plan on less in a real building with obstacles and turns.
Do scrubbers work on all floor types?
They are made for hard sealed floors: tile, polished concrete, terrazzo, vinyl and epoxy. Brush and pad choice changes with the surface, so tell us the floor type and we will specify the machine with the right one.
What maintenance does a scrubber need?
Empty and rinse the recovery tank after use, keep the squeegee blades clean and check the brush for wear. Beyond that, our technicians handle scheduled service, and we hold the parts here.
Do you rent this equipment as well as sell it?
Yes. We rent across the Dominican Republic for short projects and long term contracts, and we deliver to your site. Send us your dates and we will confirm availability with the quote.
Who services the machine after I buy it?
We do. Our mobile technicians carry out scheduled service on your site, and we hold the largest stock of electric vehicle and material handling parts in the Dominican Republic, so most repairs are done without waiting on an import.
