Noblelift and ECO Parts
As the Noblelift dealer and ECO supplier for the Dominican Republic, we hold the parts and handle the warranty for every model we sell: the Noblelift NB380, NB530, NR810 and NR1060 floor scrubbers, the ECO S530X and S860X scrubbers, and the ECO S1350S, K2S and S2050SF street sweepers. Anything not on the shelf is ordered from the factory rather than from an intermediary.
If the repair no longer makes sense, we sell the same machines new across the cleaning equipment range, and we rent them for the period in between.
Brushes, Squeegees and Batteries
Three categories account for most of the cleaning machine parts that leave our warehouse, and each one has a choice behind it that decides how well the machine cleans.
Brushes and pads
The brush has to match the floor. A soft brush or a light pad for polished stone in a lobby, a stiffer brush for textured tile in a kitchen, an abrasive pad for stripping a warehouse slab. The wrong choice either does nothing or scratches the surface. Brushes also wear: once the bristles are down to the wear indicator the machine stops scrubbing and starts polishing dirt. Tell us the floor and we send the right brush or pad for it.
Squeegee blades
The squeegee is what leaves the floor dry, and it is the part that decides whether a scrubber is worth having. Blades harden, nick and wear flat. Most rear blades have more than one usable edge, so turning the blade at each service extends its life before a replacement is needed. When a floor starts streaking, this is the first part to look at.
Batteries and chargers
The Noblelift and ECO range runs on both lithium and deep cycle lead acid. We supply replacement packs and modules for the lithium machines, replacement batteries for the lead acid ones, and matched chargers and cables for both. If you are running lead acid today, ask us to price a lithium replacement against another set of lead acid batteries. On a machine that runs every day, the difference in charging time and upkeep adds up.

Make, model and serial number from the data plate. With those we look up the exact brush, blade or motor for that machine rather than the one that usually fits.

If you have the part number, send it. If not, a photo of the part or a description of the symptom is enough: a floor that streaks, a brush that will not turn, a battery that dies before lunch.

Cleaning Equipment Spare Parts FAQ
How fast can I get a part for my scrubber or sweeper?
For the wear parts, usually the same day or the next day, because they are already in our warehouse. Anything that has to come from the factory takes longer, and the date is on the quote before you pay, not after.
What do you need to identify the right part?
The make, model and serial number from the data plate. Brushes, squeegee blades and pads differ between models that look alike, so the serial number saves a wrong delivery. A photo of the part or a description of the fault does the rest.
Which brush or pad should I use on my floor?
It depends on the surface and on what you are trying to remove. Polished stone and terrazzo want a soft brush or a light pad, textured tile wants a stiffer brush, and stripping an old finish wants an abrasive pad. Tell us the floor and the job and we send the right one. Using the wrong one is the most common way to scratch a lobby floor.
How do I know when the squeegee blade needs replacing?
When the floor behind the machine is no longer dry in one pass, or when you see streaks or a trail of water on one side. Look at the edge: if it is rounded, nicked or hard to the touch, turn it to a fresh edge, and if every edge has been used, replace it.
Can I buy a replacement battery on its own?
Yes. We supply lithium packs and modules for the lithium machines, replacement batteries for the lead acid ones, and matched chargers and cables. If you are on lead acid, ask us to price a lithium replacement before you buy another lead acid set.
Do you fit the parts as well?
Yes. Buy the part on its own and fit it yourself, or have one of our mobile technicians come to your site and fit it. See cleaning equipment maintenance for how a service visit works.
Do you deliver parts across the country?
Yes. We ship nationwide from our central warehouse, and you can collect at our stores in Casa de Campo, Cap Cana, Bayahibe, Puerto Plata and Santo Domingo.
