What a Telehandler Is For
A telehandler is what you use when a forklift cannot get there. The telescopic boom reaches out and up, so loads go over a wall, onto a first floor slab or into the back of a high trailer, and four wheel drive gets the machine across ground no counterbalanced forklift would attempt.
Our FTH4007 4Z lifts 4,000 kg, reaches 7,050 mm and still carries 2,800 kg at full height. On a finished warehouse floor an electric counterbalanced forklift is the cheaper and quieter machine; the telehandler earns its keep outdoors.

A turbocharged Cummins diesel with an air-to-air cooling radiator, which raises air intake and lowers intake temperature for more performance. The engine bay opens up for fast maintenance rather than fighting the technician.

Fully hydraulic steering and four wheel drive, with front wheel, four wheel and crab steering modes. A tight turning radius and a 30 km/h top speed mean the machine gets into cramped sites and still moves between them quickly.

Telehandler FAQ
How much does your telehandler lift?
The FTH4007 4Z lifts 4,000 kg at maximum capacity, reaches 7,050 mm of lift height, and still carries 2,800 kg at full extension. Capacity always falls as the boom extends, which is why the load chart matters more than the headline figure.
Is the telehandler electric?
No. It runs a turbocharged Cummins diesel engine, because the work it is built for is outdoor, rough terrain and high duty. Our boom lifts, scissor lifts and forklifts are electric.
Can a telehandler replace a forklift?
Outdoors and on rough ground, yes, and it does more. Indoors on a finished floor a counterbalanced forklift is cheaper to buy, cheaper to run, quieter and produces no exhaust. Most operations that need both end up owning both.
What terrain can it handle?
Four wheel drive, fully hydraulic steering and three steering modes are made for construction sites and farm ground. It is the machine for terrain an electric forklift cannot cross.
Do you rent this equipment as well as sell it?
Yes. We rent across the Dominican Republic for short projects and long term contracts, and we deliver to your site. Send us your dates and we will confirm availability with the quote.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. Equipment can be financed in US dollars through Banco Popular Dominicano over 6, 12 or 24 months with a 15% downpayment. We prepare the quote and submit it to the bank on your behalf.
