Maintenance

If something broke down in your golf carts, we can provide you with all the spare parts you can think of. Also from brands like E-Z-GO, Club Car and Yamaha. We buy them directly from the manufacturers to ensure the best prices for you.
Customization
Some people love a unique golf cart. So do we. We can customize every golf cart according to your wishes. Need other rims, seats or fresh new paint? No problem, just contact us and tell us.
Maintenance Contracts for Electric Golf Carts
A maintenance contract costs $180 a year per golf cart and covers four scheduled visits. It is the cheapest way to avoid the two things that ruin a golf cart: dry batteries and small faults that are left to grow.
What the contract includes

Parts and repairs found during a visit are quoted separately, so you always approve the cost before we start. Contracts are available for single carts and for fleets, and for lithium carts we adjust the schedule since there is no battery water to top up.

We quote the work
You get a price for labour and for any parts involved, plus a realistic date. Because we hold the biggest parts inventory in the country, most jobs do not wait on a shipment.

Workshop or on site
Bring the cart to one of our stores, or we send a mobile technician to your resort, villa or warehouse. For fleets we usually work on site so your carts stay where they are needed.

Checked and handed back
Every job ends with a brakes, lights and battery check before the cart goes back to you. Contract customers get their next visit scheduled on the spot.

Do you service golf carts you did not sell?
Yes. We maintain and repair golf carts of every brand, including Club Car, E-Z-GO, Yamaha and STAR EV, whether you bought them from us or from someone else.
What does a maintenance contract cost?
A maintenance contract is $180 a year per golf cart. It covers a maintenance check every 3 months, the battery water check and fill-up, bolts and nuts tightening and a brakes and lights check. Parts and extra repairs are quoted separately.
Do you come to us, or do we bring the cart to you?
Both are possible. You can bring the cart to any of our stores, or we send a mobile technician to your location. For fleets we normally work on site so your carts stay available.
How fast can you repair a golf cart?
It depends on the part. Because we hold the biggest golf cart parts inventory in the Dominican Republic, most repairs are done the same day or the next day. If a part has to be ordered from a supplier we tell you the expected date in the quote.
Can you customize a golf cart?
Yes. New rims, seats, a lift kit, a different roof or a fresh paint job: tell us what you have in mind and we will quote the build.
Do you service forklifts and other equipment too?
Yes. Alongside golf carts we maintain and repair forklifts, scissor lifts, boom lifts, cleaning equipment and e-bikes, from the same workshops and the same central parts warehouse.
Which areas do you cover?
We provide country wide service in the Dominican Republic, with stores in Casa de Campo, Cap Cana, Bayahibe and Puerto Plata, all supplied from one central warehouse.
