Single and tandem fork rollers
Noblelift offers two roller types. Single rollers suit light loads and general use, and keep handling simple. Tandem rollers put two wheels on each fork, which adds stability and rolls more smoothly over uneven surfaces or under heavy loads.
Different rollers for different floors
Wheel and roller coatings are matched to the floor you work on. Polyurethane is durable, quiet and non marking, so it suits delicate floors. Nylon resists chemicals and pulls easily, which is why food, fishing and chemical plants prefer it. Rubber is quiet and hard wearing, and works on smooth and rough floors alike.
Easy to use
The ergonomic handle has a rubber grip for comfort and safer control. A three position lever covers the full cycle: pull the control with a fingertip to lower the load, leave it in neutral to move the jack or the load, and push it down and pump the handle to lift.
Long service life
The galvanised cast hydraulic pump is robust and built to last. Precise lowering speed control and an overload valve cut routine maintenance and keep performance reliable over the years.

Manual Pallet Jack FAQ
What capacity manual pallet jack should I buy?
Most warehouse work is covered by a 2,000 kg jack. Choose 3,000 kg when you regularly move heavy single pallets or handle stone, tile, drums or bottled drinks.
Will it fit my pallets?
The standard fork length suits the common 1,200 mm pallet. Shorter or longer forks are available for half pallets and oversized loads. Tell us your pallet size and we will confirm the right fork length.
Manual or electric?
A manual jack is the right call for occasional use over short flat distances. Once your team is moving pallets all day, or the run is long or sloped, an electric pallet jack pays for itself in throughput and in fewer injuries.
What maintenance does a manual pallet jack need?
Very little: greasing the pump and the wheel bearings, and replacing wheels when they wear. We stock wheels, seals and pump parts for every model we sell.
Can a pallet jack be used on rough ground?
No. Manual pallet jacks need a hard, even and dry surface. Broken concrete, gravel and steep ramps will damage the wheels and make the load unsafe to move.
