Cancellation and Refund Policy

Always check your signed rental agreement for the latest cancellation policy.

Standard cancellations

You can cancel any reservation up to 48 hours before the start of the rental and receive a refund, minus the banking costs. After that, you pay for one night for each golf cart.

Holiday season exception

If your rental falls in the period from 19 December 2026 until 3 January 2027, your 50% advance payment is not refunded if you cancel after 1 December 2026.
