Photo and video contest

Made a great photo or video during your rental, or with your new golf cart? Send it in. Every month we choose the best one, and the winner gets up to 150 USD back.

Up to 20 files per entry. Photos up to 30 MB, videos up to 100 MB. They start uploading as soon as you choose them. You can send the form as often as you like.

Starts with SO. You find it in your booking or order confirmation.

The one on your booking or order.

We use your entry to judge the contest and may use it in our marketing, for example on our website and social media. See our privacy policy.

Contest rules

Who can enter. Every customer who rents from Eco Planeta, and everyone who buys a golf cart from us. Eco Planeta employees and their families cannot win.

How to enter. Send photos or videos you made during your rental, or within 30 days after your golf cart was delivered, through the form on this page, with your order number and the email address on your booking or order. You can send as many entries as you like.

Every month is a new round. Months follow Dominican Republic time. An entry counts for the month in which you send it.

How we choose the winner. Eco Planeta staff choose the photo or video they like best, on creativity, quality and how well it shows your time with us. There is no draw.

Checking the winner. Before we pay, we check in our system that the order exists, that the email address you entered is the one on the order, and that you sent the entry in time: during your rental or within 7 days after it, or within 30 days after the delivery of a golf cart you bought. If not, the next best entry wins.

The prize. Up to 150 USD, refunded to the credit card used to pay for the winning order, and never more than was paid for that order. For example, if your order cost 60 USD, the prize is 60 USD. If you paid by bank transfer, we transfer the prize to the account you paid from. We email the winner within 14 days after the end of the month and then pay the prize. The prize cannot be exchanged or passed on to someone else.

Your photos and videos. Send only photos and videos you made yourself. They must be real recordings, taken with a camera or phone. Images and videos made or changed with AI are not allowed, for example generated scenes, or people or objects added or removed. Normal editing, such as cropping, filters or adjusting light and colour, is fine. Entries that break this rule are removed and cannot win. Everyone who can be recognised in them must agree to take part and to the use described below, and for children their parent or guardian. Do not send anything offensive or unlawful: we remove such entries. You keep the copyright to your photos and videos.

How we may use your entry. By sending an entry, you give Eco Planeta (Eco Planeta Technologies B.V. and Eco Planeta Caribe Srl) a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual and irrevocable licence to use, display, reproduce, modify, edit and distribute your photos and videos, your caption and the name you entered, for any promotional, marketing, advertising or commercial purpose. This includes, but is not limited to, our website, our emails, online advertising and our social media channels, such as Instagram, Facebook and TikTok. It applies to every entry, whether or not it wins. You receive no payment for this use, other than the prize if you win, and we do not need your approval first.

People in your photos and videos. Anyone who can be recognised in an entry, including you, can ask us at any time to stop using it: email privacy@ecoplaneta.com. We then stop using it in new material, remove it from our website and our own social media, and delete our copies of it. We cannot recall material that has already been printed or published.

How long we keep them. We keep every entry, winning or not, together with your name, caption, email address and the date you sent it, as a record of your permission. We delete an entry when someone who can be recognised in it asks us to stop using it. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your information.

Other. We can change or end the contest at any time; changes apply to the months after the change. Our choice of winner is final. Questions? Email info@ecoplaneta.com.
