Golf Cart Fleet Management

Golf Cart Fleet Management is hard. We know this because we have been doing it for more than 13 years ourselves with our own rental fleet, but also for clients like hotel resorts.

As a fleet manager you are responsible to keep all golf carts running, keep operating costs as low as possible, make sure that the golf carts are charged and know how and by whom they are used.

Golf Cart Fleet Management Features

Live Tracking

Use Eco Planeta IQ to see the live gps location of your complete fleet via our mobile apps or our web app. Don't waist time searching for specific golf carts.

Access Management

Managing physical keys and tracking who has them, is a very frustating responsibility. Keys are constantly lost and used by people who shouldn't have them.

Unauthorized access and misuse is one of the leading causes to high operational costs due to costly repairs.

Eco Planeta IQ makes Access Management a breeze. From the comfort of your office you can create, share and revoke digital access keys with your team.

With our phone as a key functionality only people that have an active digital key can unlock and lock specific golf carts.

Complete Usage History

As a golf cart fleet manager you want to know the complete history of each specific golf cart to make the best operational decisions possible.

With Eco Planeta IQ you will have complete access to the Trip History, Charging History and Access Log History.

You will know who, when and where about each and every golf cart in your fleet.

Geofence and Notifications

Especially managing a big fleet, constantly tracking the whereabouts of your golf carts is not possible. With Geofence and Notifications you will get notified based on your preferences. For example you can get notified when golf carts are entering restricted areas or when golf carts are leaving the premises unauthorized. Always get notified when golf carts are being stolen!
