How do I charge golf carts?
Our golf carts are very easy to charge. Each golf cart is delivered with a charger cable that fits in a regular outlet. We recommended you charge you golf carts always overnight or when not in use. Please let use know if you need an extension cord to reach an outlet. We are happy to help!
Do you deliver and pickup golf carts at my accomodation in Cap Cana?
Yes, we will deliver your golf cart at your requested time. Our delivery and pickup service are free. There are some exception for areas in Cap Cana that are further away. Please review your rental agreement for total pricing.
Do you offer gas golf carts?
No, Eco Planeta does not offer gas golf carts. We only offer luxury electric golf carts that are faster, silent and have more than enought range for your trips inside Cap Cana.
Do you offer discounts for golf cart rentals?
Yes, Eco Planeta offers discounts. The more days you rent, the more discount you receive. This discount is automatically calculated when you are booking our golf carts. And from time to time we have discount codes available that are valid for certain rental periods. When we have an active campaign you will find the discount code on each rental product description.
Am I allowed to drive outside Cap Cana?
No, you are not allowed to drive outside Cap Cana. You are not allowed to drive our golf carts on public roads outside Cap Cana.
What is the minimum age to drive a golf cart?
You need to be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license. Please note that we charge security per vehicle for renters that are 24 years old or younger. Check your rental agreement for current rental conditions.
Why do you work with a digital key (Eco Planeta IQ)?
With regular golf cart keys it is pretty easy to steal a golf cart or lose the keys. Eco Planeta IQ makes your rental golf cart much more secure and lets only persons that have a digital key use the golf cart.
How do I share a digital key with friends or family during my rental?
Via Eco Planeta IQ it is super easy to share keys with friends and family. Just add their email address to our app and they will receive the digital key plus instructions in their email inbox. See our support page for full instructions.
